I’ve been trying to figure out when I’m going to get my Stimulus check payment so I decided to research the payment schedules to see the status of my check.
The IRS should be mailing information regarding your Stimulus Rebate Check and should detail the amount of your expected stimulus. If you did not get a stimulus in 2008 or in 2009 there are many reasons why you may have not received a rebate yet.
You owe taxes, Child support, Financial aid payments as a student loan being owed, amended tax return has been filed - stimulus check will go out after the amended return has been processed - takes up to 8 weeks to be processed, you receive supplemental security income only, problem with your post office - it does not forward government checks, you have changed your address using the wrong form, the right form is Form 8822.
