Making the perfect egg
INTRODUCTION: For many people, cooking eggs at home can be quite a difficult task. Whether someone over cooks and egg, or under cooks it, the final product is usually far below their expectations. These instructions explain how to eliminate the problem of cooking eggs, with a 99.9% success rate. The following steps will not require significant costs, or prior experience with cooking eggs.
WARNING: Although these instruction will cover the basic procedure, cooking the egg can be dangerous, and should not be attempted by children -- because it requires use of a hot stove.
INGREDIENTS
To make the perfect egg, one will require the following ingredients:
(1) Hot stove.
(1) Small bowl.
(1) Plate.
(1) Fork.
(1) Small to medium sized pot, no lid required.
(3) U.S. Grade AA eggs.
(1) Gladlock sandwich bag.
(6) Cups of Dasini bottled water.
(2) Tbs. of 2% Alpenrose Milk.
(½ ) Tsp. of Salt.
(½ ) Tsp. of Pepper.
(½ ) Tsp. of Garlic.
(½ ) Cup of Graded Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese, nothing compares to this cheese.
(3) Sprays of I can't believe it's not butter spray.
REQUIRED STEPS
1. Preheat the stove to medium.
2. Pour (6) cups of Dasini bottled water into empty pot. Then place the pot onto the heated stove. After the pot is placed on the hot stove, turn the heat up all the way to high. While the water heats up, move on to the next step. However, if the water begins to boil, turn the heat back down to medium.
3. Take the small bowl and crack (3) U.S. Grade AA Eggs into the bowl. Once this is completed, use the fork to mix the eggs to a watery substance.
4. Now take the bowl filled with the well mixed egg and add: (½ ) Tsp. of Salt, (½ ) Tsp. pepper, (½ ) Tsp. Garlic, (2) Tbs. of 2% Alpenrose Milk, and (3) sprays of I can't believe it's not butter spray. Once all of these items are in the bowl, stir with fork for 30 seconds, or until ingredients appear mixed around evenly.
5. Pour contents of bowl into Gladlock sandwich bag. Do not seal the bag yet.
6. This next step is a little tricky and can take a couple tries to get it right. Seal the bag three quarters of the way shut and leave room for one's mouth to suck out the air, which may be present in the bag. If done correctly the bag should appear to be air tight. However, If the bag has a little air, that's okay too.
7. Now look at your pot, and adjust heat to high if not already on high. Once the water begins to boil, place the bag into the pot.
8. Let the egg and contents inside the bag boil for approximately 10 minutes.
9. After the egg has been fully cooked, turn off the stove. Then take a plate in one hand, and with the other hand grab the top of the bag and pull it out of the pot slowly; placing the bag on to the plate.
WARNING: Hot air will likely be inside the bag, so be careful when opening the bag. It is recommended to wait 1-2 minutes before opening the bag.
10. Once the egg has been removed from the bag, and sits on top of the plate, sprinkle (½) cup of graded Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese over the top.
CONCLUSION
The Perfect Egg is complete, now take the fork, and eat it before it gets cold.
Now try the same process, but add in some of your favorite omelet ingredients.
Here are few suggestions: tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, ham, sausage, bacon, cream cheese, or sour cream. It is recommended to put any cheeses on after the egg has been removed from the bag. Otherwise, the cheese will melt through out the egg, and loose its flavor.
